Westell to Host Fiscal Second Quarter 2012 Earnings Call On October 20, 2011

AURORA, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Westell Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: WSTL)(“Westell”), a leading provider of broadband networking products, outside plant telecommunications equipment and conferencing services, announced today that its subsidiary, Conference Plus, Inc. (ConferencePlus®), will manage Westell’s fiscal second quarter 2012 earnings conference call on Thursday, October 20, at 9:30 AM Eastern Time using its EventManager™ Service.

Westell will release its September 30, 2011 second quarter results on Wednesday, October 19, 2011, following the market close. Westell then will host its earnings conference call for analysts, shareholders, investors and the public on Thursday, October 20, at 9:30 AM Eastern Time. Participants can register for the Westell conference by going to the URL: http://www.conferenceplus.com/westell

With EventManager, participants can quickly register online in advance of the conference through a customizable web page that can be used to gather multiple pieces of information from each participant, as specified by the event arranger. After registering, participants receive dial-in numbers, a passcode, and a personal identification number (PIN) that is used to uniquely identify their presence and automatically join them into the audio conference.
